Victor & Ashley McShan started the program together years ago as a Veteran Owned and Family Operated organization, and through the years, we have worked tirelessly to perfect our breeding, training, grooming, and boarding programs. Bringing the joy of pairing a well-behaved dog to the lives of each of our clients is our ultimate goal. If it is through finding a new puppy or training an older dog, our family and staff will make sure you are satisfied with your best friend.
Our core belief is that our dog's needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire family is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver only the best dogs and dog services.
We only breed the highest quality retrievers, driven to take on any task set before them: pets, hunters, companions, law enforcement, search and rescue, field trials, shows, and agility competitions. If you work with them, their intelligence will amaze you.
Every puppy under our care is thoughtfully implanted with a Microchip ID before they embark on their journey to a new home. This precaution ensures that they are safeguarded against the possibility of getting lost or abandoned. In the rare event that the puppy's owner cannot be reached, rest assured that the microchip recovery service will promptly get in touch with us. We are committed to being their safety net, and we will gladly welcome the puppy/dog back into our care until we can establish contact with you.

Our state-of-the-art campus is meticulously planned and expertly constructed to be a haven of comfort and functionality. Here, we take utmost care of each and every one of our dogs, ensuring they experience constant access to the cozy embrace of central AC and have spacious yards to frolic and play all year round.
We understand the importance of socialization, both on an individual and pack level, so our dogs enjoy daily interaction with their fellow furry friends. Additionally, they receive regular brush-outs and engaging training sessions to keep them mentally stimulated and physically active.
To guarantee their well-being, we conduct weekly health exams to ensure they are at the peak of health. Our commitment to their welfare is unwavering, and we take great pride in providing a nurturing environment for our beloved canine companions.
